Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at tcisgolden@gmail.com with your order number.
We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to appear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
